New Custom Memberships
Our mentoring program is designed to foster professional and personal growth. Doctors are paired with experienced mentors trained in guiding each member through the details and complexities of the Aligned program. Each membership is customized to the individual doctor’s needs.
**This includes full mentoring, complete access to our extensive online library, all Training Summits including staff, access to Certified Training Clinics, plus much more.
Group Mentoring – $495/month for 18 month agreement or $595/month for 12 months.
This exclusive mentoring program provides you with invaluable support and guidance, featuring the following benefits:
– 1 Monthly Zoom Call: Participate in a live, interactive Zoom session each month with Dr. Osborne and a select group of other experienced doctors. These calls are designed to dive deep into key topics, answer your specific questions, and help you overcome challenges in your practice.
– Private Quarterly Stats Call: Every three months, you will have a private call dedicated to a thorough analysis of your practice stats and performance designed to identify specific areas that need focus.
**This includes monthly mentoring, complete access to our extensive online library, all Training Summits including staff, access to Certified Training Clinics, plus much more.
Online Only Subscription – $295/month for 18 months or $395/month for 12 months
– Exclusive Online Content: This gives full access to thousands of hours of exclusive training material found in our extensive online library. We are continuously updating the library with new material.
– Private Quarterly Stats Call: Every three months, you will have a private call dedicated to a thorough analysis of your practice stats and performance designed to identify specific areas that need focus.
** This option does not include access to our live Training Summits. Doctors and staff can attend any or all of these for a fee. If preregistered, the fee is $395/doctor and $195/staff per Summit. If paying at the door, then it’s $595/doctor and $395/staff per Summit.**
Staff Training Program – $195/month
Empower your staff with comprehensive learning resources! This package includes access to both Basic and Advanced online training materials designed to enhance your team’s skills and productivity. Additionally, your staff will gain exclusive access to all of our live Training Summits, providing valuable opportunities for professional development and learning from industry experts.
Team Mentoring Program – $450/month for 18 months, or $550/month for 12 months
Includes everything described in the Staff Training Program as well as personalized team mentoring calls with experienced mentors that have specific expertise in staff development and growth. These calls are designed to provide development and support for your team’s growth while increasing your office’s efficiency and profitability. Some calls will include the doctor to ensure alignment with practice goals and strategies. Our data shows that recovering just 2 missed appointments per week will make this program revenue neutral.
