I love today’s story! Dr. Rebecca Brubaker lays it out there on why AMC is the best decision for both student chiropractors as well as seasoned practitioners.
And boy can I relate!
When I graduated from chiropractic college I remember all too well the sleepless nights staring at the ceiling wondering how I was going to succeed in practice. Even though I felt confident in my chiropractic technique, I sucked as a business man.
Matter of fact, my first month open I collected a whopping $320! I could’ve made more flipping burgers at McDonald’s than what I produced my first month open!!
To make matters worse, I was stubborn!
I banged my head against the wall for two and half more years trying to “figure it all out”. Even though I had managed to grow the practice to around $8500 per month in collections I was staring at potential bankruptcy, looking at leaving the profession I love in order to be able to support my family, and felt hopeless every single day.
But, as you’ll find out in today’s story, it doesn’t have to be that way! There’s not only tremendous hope waiting for you with AMC but an incredibly efficient system that’s been proven in every market imaginable for well over 50 years!

My husband and I both graduated from Palmer, which means double the loans, thinking we had everything in place for opening our office.
We moved to his hometown (not doing an ounce of research on whether or not it was a good market) and got things rolling on finding a building. It didn’t take us long before we realized we had NO CLUE what we were doing. How would we decide on a layout, what about hiring staff and training them, what paperwork should we use, how are we going to find new patients, and what on earth are we going to say to them to get them to understand and accept are recommendations and then follow through with them???? You get my point. We were LOST.
Oh, did I mention that we had a brand new baby and a dog that both wanted a roof to live under and food to eat?
Luckily a friend of ours, Rob Scranton, whom we met while we were at Palmer and practices across the Mississippi from Palmer, recommended that we check out AMC. Dr. Scranton was not an AMC member (at that time) but had heard good things about AMC from some classmates.
We took his advice and went to a bootcamp. Can I tell you how relieved we were to find that AMC was moral, legal, ethical, and was right in line with our goals and plans for our practice? For whatever reason it still took us a long time to decide to join, but once the decision was made we never looked back.
It was by far the best decision we could have made for our careers! Not only did they walk us through the entire process of opening, they coached us to levels we could have only dreamed about. We quickly became one of the top chiropractic offices in our town, even among docs that had been there for 20 or more years.
I can’t say it enough that every student needs help in opening and running their offices! I am biased, but I haven’t seen any other system that is as comprehensive, efficient, and effective as the AMC system.

THANK GOD that I found AMC when I did! If it hadn’t have been for them, I would’ve been another number added to the shocking statistics of practice failures.
