He discussed that white collar markets want the Head doctor not the associate. So there is no getting out of that. He also discussed many of the principle covered like mirroring your audience. Which brings back the dress standards of your office and how you allow the associate to dress. This is another lesson Priceless Practice teaches why you must have an associate as an employee and not an Independent Contractor. You can not tell an IC what to wear or how to do things, but you can and must have a dress standard for the associate.
