Joel Slack

Your CA: Asset or Liability?

The CA that works in your office as a representation of your entire office. They make the first impression and are the first contact that a patient has with you and your practice. If something has a great value to me, I need to make sure that I give it the attention it requires. I make sure that they are taken care of and that they know they are valued as a person and as an employee in my office.

The Power of Appreciation

When you show someone appreciation, you are sending them a message that what they are doing is important. And, if what they are doing is so valuable to you, it must have similar effects on other people too. In turn, that must mean what they’re doing is creating a lot of value for a lot of people and possibly altering the world for the better.

We are on an upward trend since joining AMC and keep having our best years ever! 🥳
