The Power of Appreciation

When you show someone appreciation, you are sending them a message that what they are doing is important. And, if what they are doing is so valuable to you, it must have similar effects on other people too. In turn, that must mean what they’re doing is creating a lot of value for a lot of people and possibly altering the world for the better.

What You Don’t Know Can Hurt You

The average chiropractor or chiropractic student has spent anywhere from $150,000 to $200,000 to be educated in the philosophy, science, art of chiropractic, but upon graduation they still come out with little to no business education or experience. It’s not that a chiropractic education isn’t worth that amount of money, it certainly is, it’s just that our colleges don’t teach business principles.

The Dilemma ALL Chiropractors Face

When we treat our patients according to their pain, we lose. First, chiropractors lose when a patient’s only criteria for visiting your office is their pain. When the pain is gone, so is the patient. This means that the average chiropractor will struggle financially. As I write this, 82% of all practicing chiropractors struggle to pay their bills or don’t pay them at all.

SUBLUXATION! True or Untrue?

Some, in fact the majority of chiropractors would argue that “Subluxation” is THE identifying word and concept that makes chiropractic unique from any other form of healthcare.

It would be unthinkable to remove this word from our vocabulary as it would effectively strip our identity and reduce chiropractic to a mechanistic procedure, devoid of any real purpose.

From “Survive” to “Thrive” In 30 Days

We knew our lines of credit were maxed out, and we knew we only had two more months at our current production to survive. My husband and I were open to anything at that moment.
