It is getting the staff to set aside their individual concerns to pursue a common goal that is good for the office and your patients. As a leader, you are looked on to influence or change the behaviors, thoughts or feelings of others around you.

Once again, I have the passion and love for chiropractic that I had when I finished school many years ago. No longer do I struggle “convincing” a patient to come in one more time so that I can meet overhead that month. I now enjoy a practice that treats over 800 patients a month and blesses me with a wonderful living for my family.
